Project Overview

Addressing persistent leaks
Historic rooftop terraces and window lintels had failing membranes and corroded steel, leading to water intrusion that threatened interior finishes and tenant comfort.

Integrated waterproofing & repairs
Our team installed full-height protective scaffolding with dust containment, replaced and waterproofed roof and terrace membranes, and applied self-adhered flashing over refurbished steel lintels. We upgraded counter and cap flashings at all transitions and cut & repointed deteriorated mortar joints.

Seamless execution & lasting results
Work was completed under a Tenant Protection Plan—residents stayed in place with zero disruptions. All inspections passed on first submission, and the new systems deliver decades of reliable, leak-free performance.
